Ok, two weeks now and still no cigars. I called last week and the woman there tells me that it is being sent out FedEx ground Friday 12/14/07 but still nothing today. I don't know what is going on but it is ridiculous. Paul you really need to step up here and let me know what is going on. Others reading this may have reservations about ordering from you in the future.

Scott, I wouldn't get on Paul yet since it is the holiday season and all. Take a walk down to your local USPS and see the lines there alone and how many boxes are all over the place. I'd give it another day or two before you start whinning or contact Paul and see if he has a tracking number for you...... :)

Charlie, don't be a busy-body especially if you don't know what you are talking about. I told you that I have called and emailed this guy but I guess you can't remember. I have had this problem with him before. If you understand the lines so well, then why do you ask me every single day if I got the box yet?? You got your cigars, with those "lines" and "boxes all over the place" right?? And when someone doesn't respond, then it's a problem. I don't know what your problem is referring to "whinning" but I expected more from you.

JER-RY!!! JER-RY!! JER-RY!!!

So I'm not the father? :sign:

If the package shipped FedEx ground on Friday, I would imagine you might not see it untill maybe even the end of the week. Packages typically don't move on the weekend. Too bad you didn't get a tracking number...

Scott, whinning wasn't the exact word I was looking for, it was more like "be patient". I do remember that you told me that you called Paul but like Mr. Mac stated, FedEx ground takes a bit longer. Go to one of your humis and grab a cigar and enjoy it. Relax Scott and before you know it, you'll have your wheel from Paul. Have a great day brother....... :D

Well it was the word you used, so I reacted to that. I will relax, but it doesn't help me to relax when you were instigating me behind the scenes asking me every day if I received the cigars and telling me "I don't know why you haven't gotten yours, I got mine right away".

I have an email from him from TWO Weeks ago telling me its on its way when he first posted this offer, then nothing came, so when I called last week Tuesday, Barbara says that now they were going to send it out Friday FedEx (no explanation why it wasn't sent earlier), still nothing and no response to my contacting him. I mean, these are coming from NJ right? Long Island isn't that far. Paul is a big boy and can speak for himself.

...oh and have a great day! Enjoy your day with the Shermans! Give me a call and tell me about it. :D

Now boys....FIGHT NICE...
is this Scott on Long Island? or some other Scott (I haven't yet figured out how to track orders by online names, so I need real ones)
If it IS Scott on Long Island, your tracking number is 230020160059297
and your wheel will be there tomorrow (Thursday). And jeez louise how could you "have had a problem with this guys before" when all I have EVER sent you before were free cigars for herfs? I am sooooooo confused. Anyway, if this is a DIFFERENT Scott, shout out so I can tell you whats going on.

Paul... by any chance do you have a tracking number for me too????

At your convenience of course. If you don't have it there... no worries...

Lookin' forward to trying this blend!

Paul, not for my last Herf. Same thing happened, everytime I called I was told by Barbara that it was on it's way but I could never get a tracking number and the Herf came and went and nothing was sent. I even tried to IM you through AOL when I saw you online and still no response. My issue is not if you want to send something - plenty of companies do not want to send anything to herfs, the issue is being lied to and then the lack of response. It is alot of work organizing and keeping track of donations etc.
When you have sent cigars, you were given full thanks and acknowledment for it on the boards plus I always followed up with you by sending you the pictures of the herf and thanking you again. Again, this all could have been avoided with better communication.

Paul, let's take this to PM, so that we can resolve this privately.

Scott, you have your number
We definately have NOT been able to support all of the herfs we would like to. When we have supported one of yours, we got acknowledgement and follow-up, which we appreciate greatly.

Now everybody have "A Holly Jolly Christmas"....

I've had my wheel for about 2 weeks now and decided to open it up and give it a try.

Not a cigar that I would see at a B&M, but it's a pretty good drug store cigar. It would do good for a poker night cigar if no one really cared about what they were smoking. I'm not knocking the cigar...just saying that for the price it's a helluva deal for a casual smoker or a social smoker.

It was underfilled and burned a little hot, bunch was lopsided. Are these apprentice cigars Paul?
