I have a question for you creative cooks. I went to an awesome restaurant last Sunday and had the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. It had a sweet creamy taste that I couldn't put my finger on. It almost tasted like it had a bit of lobster bisque or seafood newburg in it.
Any ideas?
Tell me more about the chicken!Grilled Peruvian style chicken, roasted baby potatoes, and fresh broccoli.

Sounds delicious, gonna give it a go.Recipe will work with anything, but I’ve been trying to eat clean so I used chicken breast pounded flat with a mallet. Marinated overnight in a gallon zip lock bag. I use way more lime juice than called for because I love citrus. Grill until done and sprinkle with fresh parsley, add a dollop of butter while hot so it melts.
Marinade:
- 4 garlic cloves- finely minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey, agave or sugar
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika or smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano ( or 1 tablespoon fresh) or sub thyme or marjoram
- 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce ( optional)
SameSounds delicious, gonna give it a go.
First time I've ever made Naan, turned out really good.God, I love me some Indian food.
Looks fantastic! I’ve got very limited knowledge on Indian food but enough to know I’ll never tell the waiter I like it spicy again!
How did you make the naan Justin?
