Looks perfect to me too!! Seared tuna was one of the gateway foods that made me realize there were delicious things to enjoy that were very different than what I grew up eating. I can say without exaggeration that my first plate of seared tuna changed my life!Looks perfect to me!
That looks great! My homage to Araya’s Place in Seattle WA. Drunken Noodle (pad thai noodles because myvwife prefers them to thick/wide rice noodles).

No, the Grounds manager I work with has about 60 trees. Also picked some pears today. My wife’s planning a pizza with pears and blue cheese drizzled with honey. It’s really good. Those from your tree?
Interesting! One of those things like chicken and waffles, or spinach salad with watermelon. Sounds funny to say it, but so good. I didn’t even know pizza with clams was a thing until I met someone else from Connecticut. No, the Grounds manager I work with has about 60 trees. Also picked some pears today. Done right, clam pie is the bomb! Our daughter came back home to do her masters degree and her and the wife bonded over perfecting recipes. Pizza crust was one of the recipes, they use Lidia’s. Another of my favorites is caramelized onions, prosciutto and shrimp with a reduced balsamic vinegar drizzled over it.Interesting! LOL! Probably not to someone living in NY, NJ, Boston or Chicago……..but yea I agree with that statement.I’ve heard CT has the best pizza in the US.

Best I have ever had was Joe’s Pizza in NYC!I’ve heard CT has the best pizza in the US.
Pepe's burns the bottom of theirs a little too much for me. Mondeern, Sally's and Lamonico's is better (IMHO). The key with New Haven pizza is the thin crust. As you get away from New Haven and its suberbs the crust gets a little thicker, not much but a little.New Haven, specifically - Frank Pepe Pizza Napoletana.
