What's on your plate today?

Made a chicken curry from scratch last night that everyone loved. Never made it other, than pre packaged in a microwave, or having the sauce come from a jar prior to this. Time to make a batch of mole. Added in chocolate, peanut butter, and coffee along with some additional spices (cinnamon, chili powder, fajita seasoning). Also tried my hand (pun intended) and making hand-made tortillas, which I'd never tried before. I don't have a press, so I tried using only my hands abuelita-style which turned out hilariously bad. The ones in the picture I squashed down between sheets of wax paper and they came out much better.
 
How do you make leftover steak? I’ve never done that before
I just nuked this one for 38 seconds. Enough to where it wasn’t cold, but not real warm and tough from the microwave either. If it were a ribeye, I would take it out of the fridge for at least a half hour or so and put it in a 500° oven for a few minutes until it started to look crispy again on the outside, but still pink inside. image.jpg
