There were bands every week all summer. A later concert in August had Led Zeppelin, Ten Years After and the Who I believe.
Ah! That's the one that was in my gray matter. Seems to me Tull was around that year. I'll be damned if I remember the building. Begins with a "S"...in Flushing.

Always brings me back to hanging out in Downy's Pub. Table of sandwich meats and all the sides, 25 cent drafts (every 5th one was free), playing pool, and Billy Joel constantly on the Juke Box. I do miss it.
 
Yeah the Fudge concert was $4.50 for the floor seats. LZ was $6.
