What beer did you drink today?

Its 9.30 am.... Haven't opened one yet but will do soon LOL.
And it will be my homemade Steinlager.

Enjoyed a collaboration Scotch Ale from Green Flash / Pizza Port / Stone.

Just finished a bottle of Highway 78. Not impressed to be honest. There are better scotch ales out there.

Got tanked Friday night on pints of 90min IPA (overly sweet, but pretty good), Andy Gator (don't know the name of the brewery. Okay, but nothing special), Alagash Black (much better than the bottle I had a while ago bombed to me by some generous fellows here on CP. Probably have to revisit this one.) , and Ten Fidy. I remember stepping on the dance floor at the bar to shake my groove thang and then I woke up on my buddy's couch at 6am.

Last night had a bottle of BP Sculpin. Excellent.

I chilled a Victory Hop Wallop and drank it. Not a bad beer. I'd take a Dogfish Head 90 min IPA or a Lagunita's Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale before this one. But my brother has been taking a sip and he actually liked the Hop Wallop. The catch is he doesn't like beer so I was a little impressed in the fact he liked it.

Too much Hopslam last night! Head feels like it's going to explode. :(

What a pleasant buzz I had last night. :)

I had a very limited brewery only release from Sell Brewing Company :whistling: ... Blueberry Lambic!

Justin this was an excellent beer. You got the sweet and tart balance perfect, I really enjoyed this one, you've out did yourself. You need to start entering some of these brews to competitions.

Next up is the Braggot!

The lovely Pliny the Elder last night. Always a pleasant visit.

Am I the only person in the world that doesn't really care for Dogfish Head beers? I've had the 60 minute, 90 minute, India Brown Ale, and the Raison D'Etre. They all seem to have the same after taste that I just don't like. Maybe it's just me and my chemistry. Oh well, I have to drive at least 60 miles to get them anyway.

Just drank my last Ten Fidy. I was sad to see the bottom of that can. :(

Had a Dead Guy Ale last night... pretty mediocre Maibock IMO

I find them to be overrated in general, but ok beers personally. Love World Wide Stout with a few years on it, but fresh it is pretty brutal.

I can't get anything but the 4 I've mentioned unless I drive A LOT farther than the 60 miles aforementioned. I'll have to look for a couple of the special brews next time I'm somewhere with better distro of them.

Of all the DFH brews I've had none of them have knocked my socks off. The one that came the closest is Punkin. Then again, I still haven't tried too many of their brews. Still waiting to get some WWS and Bitches Brew.

I like DFH 90 minute as an occasional balanced DIPA but other than that I don't buy their stuff. Bitches Brew was damn tasty though! I highly recommend that one if you like Ten Fidy.

Edit: I've been sick the past week and haven't had a beer in as long. My taste buds are slowly starting to come back though...

Atwater Block Vanilla Java Porter. Might be decent if the entire 6 wasn't so badly over carbed that they pour out nothing but foam. Alas, I'll move on to some Flying Dog Raging Bitch.

As far as the Dogfish discussion, count me in amongst the fans. I've liked pretty much all I've had from them, and I think their pumpkin is the second best out there, behind Southern Tier.

Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout - Okay. Has the bitterness of strong, dark roasted coffee but didn't have much in the way of chocolate or mild coffee tones.
Moylan's Chelsea Moylan's Porter - Nice. Lacks that depth of intense coffee and chocolate but not a bad beer.
