Unhappy Thread

I lost the receipt for mine, hospital won't take e'm back without it.
 
Alright, I've been saving up my gripes here goes.

Ford truck blew a power steering line and had to cancel family camping trip.

Credit score went down 8 points

Had to put 1300 into the Honda daily driver unexpectedly.

Ruined a perfectly good cow tongue. ( Got distracted while it was on the grill)

Renovation on the new shower started leaking.

Son's go-kart broke a A arm and spindle.

Worst of all I forgot I had to take the wife lunch and she's coming home angry.

IS THAT ALL YOU GOT!!!! I kid, I kid, I've had enough.

Yikes man really sorry to hear about all that. On a brighter note, at least you got a pretty decent country song there.

I think the wife one is the only real problem. Of course you can only see that in hindsight. Hope tomorrow goes better.
 
Last night was the 2nd night the guinea fowl stayed out of their coop at night. I got home too late to get them back into their coop. Well, I have three KIA's! :mad:. Looks like an owl got them, because they were roosted atop the chicken coop. I'm more mad at myself for not making them go in. I'm two days away from finishing their permanent coop. Gonna have to put a wiggle in it. I'm now down to five. Plus, I just read they are monogamous. I hope it was a husband, wife and a slowly maturing female. I can see more coming next spring.

Ouch! Our cats are now indoor due to the wild life in the area. My wife is forever talking about getting goats, of which I say “NFW”, and all I can think of is how devastated she is going to be the first time she see’s the carcuss of one after a cyote gets it.

LOL, you're lucky you don't reside in my neighborhood because I trap cats.
By law, cats in this municipality are supposed to have a visual ID, and none have that.
Cats use my yard for their 'business' among other things.
Finally got so tired of the cat traffic that I purchased a trap. :D
When one gets stuck in the trap, I just throw it in the 4x4, take it down to the river & lettem out there.
Haven't seen a single cat back here that I have caught & released. :cool:
 
On my way home from Hilton Head after a week of golf. We play 36 every day for 7 days and I am beat.

I struggled so bad it was dis-heartening. I lost confidence in my iron swing and couldn't even manufacture a basic swing that worked.

I shot in the mid to high 80's every day until yesterday when I got a little back and shot 78.

Still had a blast!

I’m sorry, I’m having trouble understanding why this is in Unhappy. Maybe it was too much work in @modo22 terms but I envious that you have enough stamina to play 7 days straight and 36 holes each day at that. And still put together a score below 90 is just icing on the cake.
well, I’m sorry for you loss. I feel your pain. I hope that suffices.
