Last night was the 2nd night the guinea fowl stayed out of their coop at night. I got home too late to get them back into their coop. Well, I have three KIA's!
. Looks like an owl got them, because they were roosted atop the chicken coop. I'm more mad at myself for not making them go in. I'm two days away from finishing their permanent coop. Gonna have to put a wiggle in it. I'm now down to five. Plus, I just read they are monogamous. I hope it was a husband, wife and a slowly maturing female. I can see more coming next spring.
