So the guys from the vherf already know my love for my HOA. This has me totally stressed out. I'm in an attached villa and insurance has gone bat shit crazy the last couple of years. If the special one time assessment ($3220.00) and new HOA assessment ($554.00 a f..king month) happens, I will lose tens of thousands when I try to sell. I believe it will be amended, but either way, I absolutely have to sell by spring.
2025 MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
The following details failed to be included in the 2024 Annual Meeting packet emailed on 10/05/2024 and hand delivered. This will be included in the discussion at the Meeting on October 21, 2024.
If the HOA
maintains a Master Insurance Policy and Building Maintenance, there must be
both a Special Assessment
AND an increase in the monthly assessment to continue to pay for these items…….
- $3,220.00 2025 Special Assessment
- $554.00/month HOA Assessment beginning January 1, 2025
If the Homeowners choose to
amend the DCCRs to remove the HOA Master Insurance Policy
AND the Building Maintenance as outlined in the Annual Meeting Packet, there will be
no Special Assessment
AND the monthly assessment may be decreased…….

- $240.00/month HOA Assessment beginning January 1, 2025
Again, please write down and bring all questions to the meeting as neither the Board nor the community manager will engage in discussion until the October 21, 2024 meeting.
