THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!!!

That is a truly beautiful sight. There are some very nice cigars in there.

The box looks like it's been shipped halfway across the country, but it's still in good shape. Temperature was at 73.6 degrees and all ice packs were melted and warm. Humidity was at 73%.

The packs are in the freezer. I'm going to rip my tunes tonight and pick out the cheese. I'll PM Mr. Stone and see if he's ready.

Damn! Those packs were stone cold when I put them in. That is truly scary to consider what temperatures uncooled boxes might see. ???

USPS left the box in my driveway. It was sunny and in the upper '70's most of the day. Lord knows how long it was sitting on hot cement. That might have had a lot to do with the melting and the box temperature. Almost wish they would have left me a pick-up slip instead.

It's been a pleasure. I have the box sitting in my nice cool basement while the packs refreeze. The pillows have been recharged and the box temperature is falling. Baseball is signed, cheese is picked out (Affidelice), music is recorded on cd (damn iTunes), and Cigarstone is ready. My dilema is if I ship tonight or tomorrow, the box might sit for a day over the weekend. It's supposed to get hot and muggy in the next few.
