The Musical Cheese Pass

Thank you Sir. My distinct pleasure to have you participate in the pass. Still more to come though... in the Fall, its's Cheese Time! Soundtrack to follow at the end the main pass run too. :D

Sticks are packed in their tupper. Music tracks have been ripped. I'll drop in the icepacks tomorrow, tape it up and send it on its way. Thank you again for a great pass and I look forward to the cheese and the music.

Guys I'm afraid I'm going to have to bow out of the pass. Work has been crazy and I'm leaving town in a couple weeks I just don't want to hold you guys up in this crazy heat. I'm sure all of you will have fun.

Charlie - I haven't had that one but I love the nearby St. Aubin. Pretty stinky but O so good, especially with a nice flinty chard or a sweet local wine and some pears. :D

So a spot for someone near you is open Charlie. Anyone in mind? They'd have to hand deliver to you though..... :cool:

I knew I should have omitted that part! Only real men eat cheese! Especially stinky cheese! :p
 
I'll be ticked if there's only Wisconson Cheddar left when this finally gets to me ..... bring on the stinky cheese!
