Atuck - no, MSRP prices on these do not exist on the internet out in the open. But CC is right that, in time, somone can and will point you to where you can get them for MSRP (not year-round mind you). One day, out of the blue, a fine BOTL sent me a PM. All it took was a phone call and I had a box of Anejos coming at MSRP. It was not advertised that they were available but there IS a "network" so to speak of people who get a call from a certain vendor when they are in.

I love seeing your pictures but I do not like the idea of people paying gouger prices for things (even if they can afford it). It only supports the practice of price gouging. If no one paid 2-3x MSRP prices they would have NO CHOICE but to lower the price.

Just my humble opinion. Nice selection of sticks by the way!

Añejo 45s are great $7.00 cigars but lousy $20.00 cigars.

I hadn't commented and wasn't sure what to make of your "look at me" posts. Sometimes these things bother me, sometimes they don't. I think a lot of it has to do with me trying to figure out the intent of the post. Are they trying to share their excitement in the hobby? or do they want to show off their new toy? Why would I want to ignore years and years of experience? If I get to know half as much as those that came before me, whether it be in life or on this cigar forum, then I will be a lucky man indeed.

There is a definite benefit from respecting the FOG's on this (and other) cigar boards - especially if you really want to enjoy our hobby. First - it makes posting on this board much easier. Second, and more importantly, once you have established yourself as being a "good guy", there will be no need to search the internet for the gougers - you will know who the gougers are (those that you should avoid like the plague), and will know the "good" sources (favorable pricing, best deals, hard to find cigars, etc.).

Atuck - go ahead with your rebel attitude and battling with the FOG's. You reap what you sow... And I see a lot of prickly weeds in your future...

Oh Ya, and that crowded elevator was only full of family. You've never done anything like that? The mood at the hospital was pretty heavy yesterday considering my Mom has a 7 1/2 cm tumor in her brain and the fart thing made us all laugh our asses off. The mood was lightened for a while and it helped relieve some of our stress. You should have seen them all clamour for the door. :laugh:
