This trade goes back to our last discussion. You either have to equal it in rarity or you have to make up for it in either age or price.

^^ I like simple.  Thanks for boiling it down.

Simple is always best Jon. It's just getting the basic understanding of it that's usually hard with some of the things being traded.

Lots of great points from everyone and it i much appreciated. Like Brian said this is my first pass and I did set the rule RE LE for RE LE and would like to stay with that for now in this pass and we will learn and develop for No.2. As for the LCDH I never set a rule so they can continue to be traded for normal cigars depending of course.

I agree so this one will need to be revisited Joe.

I will check through one last box of singles to see what I have, and I'll repost tonight or tomorrow morning. Pretty slim chance though. The pass should arrive tomorrow and I plan on getting it back out Saturday if there's no issues.

My apologies Paul, I didn't know you had set that rule.

No further P/Ts, so this is the final list.

P: HdM Epicure Epesciale MLO OIC 11
T: Bolivar Belicose Fino POL MAR11

P: SCdLH El Principe AME JUN 12
T: PLPC MLO FEB12

P: Cohiba Panatela ABR OCT 11
T: RyJ Short Churchill TAL FEB 13

P: Trinidad Fundadores MAU JUL 10
T: H. Upmann Royale Robusto JUN 13

I'm still willing to drop the final trade, but will take it if there's no further discussion.

Should get the pass today(shows as delivered, so it should be on my doorstep), inspect it tonight and turn it around tomorrow.

Fire when ready!

*Edit:  I should be able to post up my P/T's tonight or early tomorrow and do a quick turn like Joe did.

This has flown:

In case you were wondering Paul, the Boveda pack still looked fine. I added some additional packing and tape because a couple of the corners are starting to show wear. Box is probably good for another couple of passers but may need to be replaced if USPS gets any more rough with it.

Joe thank you so much for playing and doing such a good job with all the info and looking out for the pass.

Nice Little Wyatt, I'll make sure Santa hears about this!

Okay, lets see how much trouble I can get into.  "Now swinging for the fence...Gern Blansten....Blansten!"

I respectfully submit these for consideration:

After all the discussion regarding D/C'd sticks, I thought I'd give the QdO a whack with one of my favorites.  Both are D/C'd (2010/2012 respectively), both are roughly the same price (as far as I can tell) but what I don't know is if the three year spread nix's the trade.

The one's without box codes came from a large singles order in mid 2012.  Happy to provide vendor via PM.  Best guess would be 2011/2012 dates on all those sticks.

If it's too many T/P's, please let me know.  Not sure about the etiquette regarding that in a pass.

Both of these look a tad heavy on the "put" side of the house.  I have the RASCC at about 30% over and the Monte 4 at about 18% over.  Being that both takes are lower cost cigars, I know it's tough to get close though.  So I'd be up for discussion.

But that's all I noticed.

I do not know enough about the SLR RE and QdO to make much of an opinion on them.
