Pan seared Halibut marinated with a lot of garlic, lemon, and a bit of white wine, and topped (and bottomed 😊) with a browned butter with garlic and lemon puree. On the side, 3 onion wok noodles.

This looks and sounds delicious! Reminds of this past weekend when we stopped near Rochester Minnesota and had dinner at some restaurant…gah I can’t recall the name.

But had an excellent walleye sandwich. The walleye was blackened on a toasted hoagie bun with lettuce and tomato. Tartar sauce too if you’re into that sort of thing, I’m not. But it was damn good. Then again after dragging a trailer down the road for 12 hours, anything was probably damn good!
 
I had a protein shake for lunch. I mixed the powder and water myself. It had nice hints of plastic, chalk and what someone with zero tastebuds would call chocolate.

Mmm.. artificially flavored whey protein isolate complete with branch chain amino acids and artificial sweetener.. I don't skip a single day!
