I keep saying it, but you’d make a good wifeThe best pasta sauce I've ever made! But, that isn't saying a whole lot, I have never really worked at it too much.
I started with a basic sauce and added fresh pressed garlic and plenty of seasoning, and let it simmer for an hour.
I browned a pound of sausage and added the sausage to the sauce. I then cooked some fresh pressed garlic and fresh chopped Rosemary in the sausage grease.
I strained the garlic and rosemary and added it to the sauce and simmered it for another hour.
Garlic bread and a hefty glass of Bourbon Barrel aged cabernet.

Looks can be deceiving. Tried a carnivore pizza. Made the crust too thick. Will thin it down next time and add more seasoning. Live and learn, hopefully! View attachment 74932
