Shrimp and smoked sausage in a little gravy, buttery mushrooms and onions, smoked gouda, Chipotle mayo, horseradish, and my secret ingredient, peri peri sauce.
Peri peri sauce? What is that?
 
An interesting twist to pizza. I like my pepperoni crisp and I like my mushrooms dried. I didn't have time to dehydrate the mushrooms so I decided to try frying the pepperoni and mushrooms to crisp everything up. Then I cooked it in my air fryer. Good, but frying the mushrooms in the pepperoni sort of robbed them of their own distinct flavor.
