What did you smoke today

Smoking a Padilla 8 & 11 that was gifted to me by Padilla himself. What a cigar!!!

One of my absolute favorite smokes. You really need to let us know how long you had it. Which Vitola? Pepin made? I'm really anxious to see how that particular line survives the changes.

I had an Illusione Day so far. A 68 for breakfast, and an MK2 for lunch. I've noticed a few things with these and am storing them in three differant environments to see which I like best. 60, 65, and 70.

I forgot to add that today is my 5th wedding anniversary. So we went to a movie, dinner, and I just finished
an Illusione M7. More med bodied character than the others I've smoked. A nice balanced smoke, good solid foundation of med flavor that I did not have to search for.
A great day, and a good way to celebrate 5 years with an amazing woman.

Had a Padron Maduro 1926 #9 and a few mojitos while listening to SportsCenter/Celtics pregame. Hopefully the C's play as well as my smoke/drink, because it was a great combo for me tonight.

Just finishing up a beautiful dark and oily Juan Lopez #2 from 04. Sweet wood with coffee very balanced. Only one left from this box. Oh well time to start on some 04 Monte Edmundos.

Ashton VSG - nice cigar. I can see the comparisons to Cuban Montecristos. I will stop short of making this my favorite 'legal in the US' cigar but it certainly is a good one.

Camacho Jamastran - absolutely pointless...poorly rolled, flimsy, ash was weak and the taste was pitiful. I am shocked that the Camacho name is attached to this one.

Sittin' on the deck enjoying a Liga Privada #9. These are every bit as good as everyone said!

Fired up an RP Sungrown Toro this evening to smoke while mowing the lawn. Dark, oily stick with lots of earthy leather flavors. No idea the age, was a loose stick in one of the desktops. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Boli PC 03 after dinner.

Hoyo de Monterrey Hoyo de Tradicion Epicure - loved it. I am yet to have a bad offering from this line. Perfectly constructed, nice strong ash, heavy smoke volume and nice spicy taste. It compares well to Partagas Spanish Rosado which is another one of my favorites.

Yesterday I had a RyJ 1875 Churchill on the patio at/after work and then an El Rico Habano Corona Suprema once I got home.

It was my first El Rico and really enjoyed it. Pretty spicy, which I don't usually like that much, but this one was good, I think the woodsiness balanced it out. I got it in a 3 cigar sampler with a La Gloria Cubana Corona Gorda and Serie R #5 Maduro.

Johnny-O! Robusto earlier today. That thing was spectacular. One of the best smokes I've had in a loooooong time. :D

I see you are smoking the good stuff! Had a Old Henry toro and a Monte #5 today.

Let's see:

I tried a Heaven Chocolate. Didn't like it at all. :(

Right now, I'm enjoying a Drew Estate Natural Dirt. Those I've developed an affinity for. :)

In the crazy heat smoked a VSG sorceror. After a while had to go down the waterslide to cool off. Great cigar but it was slightly outdone by the heat!

Smoked a CI Legends Black Label(La Aurora) today at about 1 am, heh. Was really nice, smooth, burned well until about the second half and then needed a bit of a touch up. Still can't quite pull individual flavors out, I guess my palate isn't there yet, but there was definitely a lot of flavor to it, kind of nutty, very very smooth and creamy smoke. Loved it.
