This evening, while hanging out with a fellow BOTL, I enjoyed a Jose L. Piedra Petite Corona and a CAO Brazilia Piranha.

This afternoon had a gurkha beast and then tonight I was disappointed in a Gran Habano 3 Siglos. Seemed to just fall apart halfway through. Will def give it another shot though, as it was tasty, just upset about the construction.

I had an SLR Serie A from 2001. What a treat of a cigar. Thank goodness a few of his siblings remain!

Toasted the sunrise over the Atlantic this morning from my rear balcony with a RASS that has almost six years of age on it. It was sublime.

On yesterdays herf I had Hemi Classic and Gran Habano #3 Rothschild
ps. I think I know why #3 of GH is called 'Habano' - it has lots of Cuban taste!

Just got in the Fall sampler from Tinderbox. Nothing spectacular. It did have a "Tinderbox Special Reserve" Nicaraguan, guess it's kind of like a no-name brand. Wasn't too sure about it, but lit it up anyway. It actually turned out to be a fairly good smoke! Mild but strong enough for some substance. Slightly woody with just enough spice, very smooth. I actually enjoyed it to the end! Anyone else had one of these?

I'm smoking a VR Clasico now that is wonderful! The extra couple inches the Familiar doesn't have is great.

This morning I also had a treat - Padilla 1932 Toro. Great cigar day in my book. :D

I finished the day with the end of the series with which I began the day - Padilla 1968 Robusto! ;)

Opus Lancero 2005, i can't say it's better than the LFD Lancero ???

OR Anejo 50, Cohiba Maduro 5 Genios, 98 Hoyo Depute, unknown age toscani, probably something else I have forgotten

Been smoking some older stock and last night's sampling was a 1998 Trinidad Fundadores. Some initial burn problems but after that an enjoyable cigar. These cigars are starting to come into their own now.

This evening's smokes were a Padilla Hybrid Torpedo and a Joya de Nicaragua Antano Consul.
