Am I the only one smoking?! Today, while listening to KU roll over Baylor 58-10 (6-0 on the season!), I enjoyed a Romeo Y Julieta Aniversario Robusto and a LFD Double Ligero Chisel Maduro.

Today:

12:00 PM Padilla O-Great Cigar

2:30 PM La Aroma De Cuba Monarch-very nice

3:30 PM Bolivar RC-smoking great

4:45 PM Oliva Series V (The funny shaped on) my first of these. NIce cigar, very smooth. It was not as powerful as I thought it would be.

6:30 PM Another La Flor D. Double Ligero Camy Lancero. I love this cigar.

Sounds like you picked up some good advice on the boards!

I smoked my first Padilla Habano Churchill today. Good but not great.

Met Mr Wolf and Fam to do a quick transaction and fired up a DPG Generoso on the way back home.

PSD4 in the on deck circle now that work is done. :D

GR Special red label from puffstuff's place. It was good until it went out and then my lighter went out.

Casa Fuente Robusto, man what a great, complex, and great burning cigar!

This weekend it was:

1. Don Pepin Garcia Series JJ Belicoso
2. Padilla Miami 8/11
3. La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Cameroom Lancero
4. Tatuaje Verocu (East Coast)

Today while watching Football I had a Por Larranaga Lonsdale RE '06 and a JL PC '07. Both great smokes!

This afternoon it was a wonderful cohiba black and this evening in the hot tub it was another wonderful padilla 1932.

At the beginning of the 4th qtr. of the Pats vs Cowboys game, confident of victory, I lit and throughly enjoyed a Casa Fuente corona gorda. It lasted well into the Post game BS.

Doc.

today 10/15/06

Stated at 11:00 at local gigar shop-
1.Oliva Series V Lancero-MMMMGood.
2.Johnny O Londale-This was good right off the truck, but a few days to settle down and this one was really good.
3.LFDDLC Lancero-Love it!
4.A Bundled Torp from La Luna rolled especially for the Lunatics from 2002. Very mild but good.
5. A LGC Wavell Maduro for 2001 that Ed my local shop owner gave me today. Wish I had more!
6. Finished up with a H. Upmann #2. I will be ordering more of these. I like it better than the monty #2.

Today was a Cohiba Maduro 5 Genios. It was a good smoke, but certainly not everything I was expecting it to be.

I forgot to post my weekend smoking binge! G&C88 came down and we smoked more than our fair share of quality cigars.

Saturday:

Opus no. 5
Tatuaje Cojonu 2003

Sunday:

Carlos Torano 1959
CAO Soprano Boss
Rocky Patel 1992
(all 3 back-to-back)

The Tat was the standout to me, and the Opus was fun since it was my first. I can't believe how strong that thing was. It sent my head spinning in a powerful way.

Last couple of days...

Sig II....meh, maybe I need to revisit.

Camacho Corojo...not bad, actually!

Padilla Miami 8/11....one of Pepin's best, though I guess I am not a fan of Pepin. His stuff isn't bad, I just don't care for it very much.
