What’s on the grill/smoker today? 2021

Fresh hot and sweet banana peppers from my garden, stuffed with cream cheese, garlic powder, tarragon, fresh basil from my garden, aged sharp new york cheddar cheese, and top with a slice of venison backstrap, then wrapped in bacon.

Going on the smoker now.

These were really good!

I will try a little bigger peice of venison in the next batch, it wasn't very dominant, but the filling was perfecto!
