I had forgotten about those romaine hearts cooked on the grill with balsamic vinegar. I need to have those soon!Salmon burger Mediterranean style fried in cast iron on an open fire. Tomato wedges fried in the same cast iron.
Romaine hearts split down the middle, cooked on the Fire.

So tell me about the squash? What did you season it with? I assume you just half them, season them and grill them?
Just halve them spray or brush on a generous dose of olive oil. Same goes for this veggie roaster seasoning I found at Costco, but now have to order online. I'm addicted to these muchsrooms and squash. Mainly, because it's so easy and quick. Yet healthy!So tell me about the squash? What did you season it with?
