What’s on the grill/smoker today? 2021

Sockeye salmon on a cedar plank, seasoned with fresh ground Himalayan Pink salt, fresh ground black pepper, sriracha, mayo, and sprinkled with brown sugar.

Part Deux

I used a tray with holes. It extended the cook time by a bit but it definitely allowed a lot of cedar flavor without burning the plank.

Chicken tenders marinated in Walkerswood Caribbean Jerk and cooked on the smoker. It took three 8% beers to kill the heat!

Asparagus flash fried, dredged in fresh ground Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic, and Parmesan, then seared on the grill. Best way I've ever cooked asparagus.

Love some Walkerswood, I have to keep multiple bottles to accommodate everyone’s heat tolerance.
