Only in the US. I've seen the original cover all across Asis and Europe, the UK, Australia and I think Canada allowed it too.

Yea, I remember hearing about this album cover when I was in first getting into the Scorpions. I ended up losing interest in them soon after.

Doesn't change that it is child pornography. It's at least implied kiddie porn, with the slim chance she happens to be one of those young ladies who just perpetually look and are built like they are 12 years old.

Of course it matters morals are defined by location and upbringing. Other parts of the world are different. Even different parts of the US aren't the same. In my lifetime there were 13 year olds getting married. Right now there are 20 states with no legal minimum are for marriage with parental consent. You cannot imply that your mores are better or worse than somebody else's who live in a different society.. Things were different 50 years ago and they will be different 50 years from now..

Just because something is (or was, as it were), doesn't make it right. I think I'm just going to have to leave it at respectfully agreeing to disagree with you on this one; exploitation of children is simply my line in the sand.
