I wasn't being snarky at all, that was not my intention. But just because he or you are respected doesn't not mean that it is ok to belittle anyone. I have done my share on this board and have tried really hard to be a great participant. I must say that I don't remember many of the wishes so far being comparable to what was given up. The bottom line is I was being facicous not a smart A$%. But if you want to try and stir up some stuff go right ahead.

I agree, but I must state again I meant no respect at all, but it seems as if someone is ALWAYS trying to turn these threads into drama. Anyway I will change my request in just a moment.

First off, I've never claimed to be respected, but Brandon is. Your post came off as backhanded and disrespectful to me at least, if that wasn't your intent, I'd just recommend thinking a bit more how things are perceived since sarcasm is really hard to convey through typing.

As far as the wishes not all being comparable, the is because it is friends hooking each other up. I hope one of your friends hooks you up. Good luck!

Wow, so you already have 2 other Opus Maduros and an OR Anejo? This doesn't seem to be in the spirit of PIFing. But that's just my opinion.

This is the very reason I stayed out of this, I knew this would happen eventually.

Lighten up guys, I think we've actually escalated to an unreasonable place, in terms of ability to grant these wishes, in a very short period of time. Maybe we need to take it down a notch. Comments, thoughts, suggestions?

I meant this in general not you. It seems that sometimes members who have been here for a while think it is alright to belittle people with less time here. I understand heirarchy and have respect for many of the long time members including yourself because I came here to seek knowledge. Anyway lets just move along. I wish for a Partagas Serie D #3 Edicion 2006.

Gents,

This all started out in the spirit of giving and community. I hope it can stay there.

Might be a good idea if it's allow to chill for a bit. We can see if someone wants to grant s13s wish, and if no one does in the next few hours, perhaps he can lower his sights a bit, and we can get it rolling again.

In situations such as this, I find it best to ask : WWWD?*
