NFL talk

I think it won’t be long before fields sees the field. Russ is only been cooking straight trash for awhile now. Not sure how this changes things for him.

I think the Steelers believe that the Broncos had no clue what they were doing with him and that they can bring him back to 3 years ago.

It all depends on Arthur Smith. But the Steelers wasted the last few years of Ben's career and the first two of Pickett's career by having OC's who weren't worthy of coaching Pee Wee.

They have Fields now, they're never going to lose again!

Whoa, didn't see that coming. I think Wilson will be there to mentor Fields, he didn't have one in Chicago when he was there. I think that's the only thing the Packers have done right, in the last 30 years, is their QB room.

I heard from an inside source that Tomlin's duties have been reduced. They have hired a couple more "assistant" coaches and Omar Kahn has stepped in and taken some of his authority for trades, free agent signings, and draft picks. Maybe Tomlin will finally quit at the end of this season and let the Steelers get back to being the Steelers.

Please God!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

First round of the NFL draft, is in the books. Anyone upset or happy with how their team drafted?

Green Bay drafted an OL, which I actually happy about. Protecting the QB is a pretty important and Bhaktiari gone, it was important to find an experienced OL. I know people are bitching about not taking DB Cooper DeJean, but we have pick 41 so maybe he'll still be there. Doubtful, but we'll see.

Gotta trust the process, right?

The Jets also took OL. Non-skilled picks are rarely sexy picks, but the Jets’ OL is aging and we’ve learned that Rodgers needs protection. I was kind of wanting them to pick Brock Bowers, but oh well.

The Falcons picking a QB in the 1st round is baffling to me though. They just spent a ton of money on Cousins!

It’s definitely a trend this year…Tampa took Duke center Graham Barton. He can play any position in the OL, but they need the work at center. I’m happy that Brady is finally gone so that I can start rooting for the Buccaneers again!

Damn, Jets coach canned today. I would have expected Rodgers to be sat, well before the coach being let go.

That sure seems like a terrible move to me. I would take Saleh back for the Niners in a heartbeat.

Jets are way under performing for the talent on that team.... How much of that falls on the HC?!?

It should fall on whoever thought bringing in A-rod, was a good idea. I love the dude, from his time in Green Bay, but it's hard to watch.

But to your question, it's always fallen on the HC when teams don't play well. These guys are paid millions to play a game and suck at it? I'd bench Rodgers and see how that does for his motivation.

IMHO it doesn't matter what certain teams do from an on-field talent standpoint. Unless they blow up everything starting with ownership on down.

They're still the Jets

They're still the Browns
