It's the "No Active Passes" Pass

BTW, tell you neighbor/buddy/whoever that the mailing labels are in the red folder. Your mailing label and Del. Conf. sticker should be the next two on top of the pile (they're paperclipped together).
Basically, just make sure they use the one with YOUR name as the return address.

Dave ;)

I had a sharpie once :( , but it ran away to the circus.

BTW Dave if you want to see your sharpie alive, leave a box of ISOM's behind the tree at the end of the block, come alone and nobody will get hurt. :p ;)

Hey Dave take a look at this link, I bet you will get all excited just watching it. :p :p
Sharpie's in action

Dave,

Perhaps you could email or pm me with the address of the next person and then when my friend picks it up they can just slap on a new label from the post office and write in the next address. Would be less time and imposition on them then taking it home, opening, and re-taping, and taking back to post office. Just a thought. Let me know if this is a problem in some way. I will emphasize delivery confirmation and insurance to my friend. At least if the box isnt opened there won't be any chance of the sharpie comming up missing. Not that it would otherwise or anything. :sneaky:

On the good side of things, I found a good cigar store about 6-8 blocks or so from the hospital. I hear there is a bigger one up north accross the river, but Im having enough trouble just navigating locally. Even here the parking was a little bit of a nightmare. I did pick up some Ashton VSG Belicosos #1's and a couple Fuente Opus X of an undetermined size (Dark box printing in a dark humidor). I guess that makes it a good enough store for me.

Does anyone have any request for the pass?? :D :D I'll brave the parking again if anyone has anything specific they feel may be good to go into the pass. I need to stop by again anyway since I was limited to only two Opus X's at a time.

As far as Dad goes hes doing fine. Nothing wrong with him a good kick in the pants from Mom wouldn't cure. He's just wanting to sleep all the time and isn't getting up to do the walking and such he should be. He's right of course and the whole rest of the hospital staff is wrong, just ask him. Theres a technical chance he could be released Monday, but I don't see any practicle chance of that happening. He's suposed to have a much more active day tomorrow so well se how that goes. The nurses insist they won't be taking no for an answer anymore.

Hey,

The box is on its way to Oregon. Heads up Nick. Sorry, hope your ready, I didn't think about rule 14 either.

I don't have the reciepts in front of me so I hope I got them correct. Let me know if something doesnt seem correct.

I hear the box was way larger then I had expected. Must be loads of great cigars in there. Sounds like its a great start.

Gibu - Thank you VERY very vey very much for handling this. Let me know how much shipping was and I'll get a check out to you. You certainly shouldn't have to pay - especially if you never even got to see inside!

Dave

No problem, no big deal. Kind of fun, been way too long since I did a fumble drill. :D :D

:p The box has arrived ~~~~~~~~

Everything looks so organized. And look, Dave was right. There's a sharpie in there.

Now for the:

Takes...
#9 HdM Dark Sumatra
#17 Partagas Torpedo
#20 Jose Marti

Puts...
#25 La Perla Habana, Grand Corona Black Pearl
#26 Oliva "O" Omni Sun Grown
#27 Ramone Allones, Brioso
#28 C.I. Candella, Robusto
#29 Flor De Florez, Sir Winston

I hope this was a fair trade and also added a coule extra just in case.

Oh, and I also threw in another Sharpie incase someone decides they need to keep one.

Thanks for letting me play

DC# will be posted tomorrow when I send it out.

Nice play Nick.

Do you like the Candela's??

I tried a Don Thomas and was unimpressed. I'm not sure if it was a poor example or just not my thing??

I had only smoked the Astral Candela (and like it) before buying the CI's. The CI is a decent cigar but I prefer the Astral myself.

Ok guys, I'm gonna be sending the box out on Monday so it's not setting around somewhere in the heat for the long weekend. The cigars will be resting nicely in my refrigador till then.

Stogieman, you should expect it to arrive on Wed.

DC# will be 0300 6000 0000 3625 0348

Thanks again Dave for letting me join in.

Woo Hoo - one blunder & one successful passoff down. I'm hitting .500!

:D

I'm ready and waitin'.... :D
There's nuttin' like doin' the Pee Pee dance by your mail box and havin' your nieghbors wonderin', "what the heel is this idiot doin' out there?" :p

Hey, I am home now!! Please add me back in to the pass at any point that is convienent, doesn't matter to me where.

Just to let everyone know Dad is doing well. He is still a little week and having trouble with his right arm, but they let us bring him back to the local hospital here where we live to get some more physical thearapy before he comes on home. He is improving every day so hopefully only a few days of that. Everyone is very glad to not have him so far away anymore.

Gibu,
welcome home. great to hear about your dad. congratulations.

Everyone else, hope you had a great July 4th. Let freedom ring baby.

Now, is anyone out there still alive?

Ok everyone, this thing is back on the road again.

I dropped it off at the post office about an hour ago and should be to stogiman on Wed.
