Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. Well, last night's Monday Night Football game was definitely wild and wacky. After a number of dumb moves, fumbles and a few hale marys, the Cowboys won 41 - 37 over the Eagles. For the full story, look here:

Also, the Yankees won 4 - 2 and they'll be back at again tonight at 1905 (7:05pm) with Andy Pettitte on the mound for the Bombers. I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys a primo cigar some time during it....... :)

Good morning all and Happy Hump Day!!!! The coffee is on and it looks like bagels are on this morning's breakfast menu. I'm getting ready to head down to Dover, DE early Saturday morning for the NASCAR race and then later on that evening to the Newark, DE Octoberfest which by the way is one of the biggest festivals on the East Coast:

http://www.delawaresaengerbund.org/v5_Oktoberfest.shtml

If there are any local S / BOTL that want to meet up at the fest for a cigar, post away or send me a message and we can set it up. I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys........ :)

Good morning everyone and yes, the coffee is on as usual. Well, it was good to see the Yankees win last night 5 - 1 even though they won't be makin' the playoffs this year. After tonight, the Bombers only have three home games left in the ole' Yankees Stadium and then the doors of this ball field will be closed forever. Well, since to day is Thjursday and all, we'll be at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening enjoying top knotch cigars and talking smack. If your close by and your free this evening, stop on by and join in on all the fun. If not, I hope you enjoy yourselves as well and smoke a favorite cigar or two or........ :)

Good morning all and a big TGIF!!!!!! It was good to see the Yankees win last night and with the help of Bobby Abreu's 2 home runs, Mike "Moose" Mussina earned his 18th win. For the full story, look here:

Well, we had another good time at Schlesinger's last night enjoying tastey cigars and exchanging the week's stories with each other. I smoked a 2008 Torano Tribute that I was gifted from Bruce Lewis of Torano Cigars and I'll tell you all, be ready for a power house. I hope everyone has a great weekend and you get to enjoy a few of you favorites through out it....... :)

Good morning all and yes, the El Pico Espresso is on. Well, our plans for the day have changed a bit. Instead of going down to Dover to the NASCAR races, we are going to the Army vs. Akron football game and then afterwards to the Combined Arms tailgate where they'll have 18 kegs, and all sorts of food. It's the event of the year where all the Army Branches try and recruit the Senior Class to become one of them. All the while, there will be a number of high profile guests at the game to include Bobby Knight, Coach "K" Mike Krzyzewski, T. Boone Pickens, the President of El Salvador and his entourage and many others. Beth and I plan on stopping by a few pre-game tailgate parties to include the big one at the Holendar Center where the 3 Generals will hang their hats. Anyway, today is filled with all sorts of college football, MLB baseball and NASCAR. I hope everyone has a super Saturday and gets to enjoy a favorite stogie or two....... :)

GO ARMY!!!!!

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well, today is the final game at the House that Ruth built, Yankee Stadium. After today, they'll start to take down the ole' stadium and I'm sure that they'll sell off piece by piece to Yankee fans all over the world. Well, today is also filled with NFL football, MLB baseball and NASCAR from Dover Downs, DE. I hope everyone has a great last day of summer and enjoys....... :)

Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. Well, yesterday was a great day weather wise and overall sports wise as well. The Yankees won the final game that will ever be played in the House that Ruth built, the Eagles beat the Steelers in Philly and the USA won the Ryder Cup. Beth and I went over to one of her sister's to watch the Eagle vs. Steelers game and we enjoyed our own version Philly cheese steaks and then later on had sone of Jones' Farm Carrot Cake. http://www.jonesfarminc.com/secondary%20pages/bakery.html Well, I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys a few of thier favorites through out it........ :)

P.S. I'll be headin' out early Thursday morning to College Station, TX to work the Army vs. Texas A&M football game next Saturday. If there are any of you that are in that area, let me know and we can meet up for a cigar or two.

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on as always. Well, last night's Monday Night Football was another dousy. The Jets fell to the Chargers 48 - 29. For the full report, look here: http://www.newyorkjets.com/news/articles/s...jets-fall-48-29
In the begining it was a back and forth game but after a while, San Diego took over. Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys a favorite cigar if you get the chance....... :)

Good morning all and a Happy Hump Day to everyone. The coffee is on and it looks like bagels are on this morning's breakfast menu. Well, the Yankees were officially eliminated last night with the Red Sox win. Mike "Moose" Mussina got his 19th win last night for the Bombers and he has one more chance this season to get his goal of 20 wins in one season. His opportunity will come up this Sunday in Boston as he has yet to gotten to that goal of his in the last 18 years. For the full story, look here: http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/news/gameda...sp&c_id=nyy
On another note, I'll be heading out of here to College Station, TX (Texas A&M) tomorrow morning around 0400. I'll be checking into CP when I can and let you know how things are going. We get back here to NY Sunday afternoon and things will be back to normal next Monday. So, I hope everyone has a great remainder of the week and enjoys....... :)

College Station! Home of the Aggies! Beautiful campus! I've seen two football games there many years ago. Have a good and safe trip!

Hello everyone from sunny College Station, Texas. We got here safe and sound and just finished a Monte #2 after some great Texas BBQ. I'll stop back in later on after this evening festivities....... :)

Good day everyone and I hope that things are going great. It's good to see that the Mets are still in and hopefully for my wife that they do. Things are getting pretty busy down here in College Station with all sorts of VIP showing up for tomorrow's game, i.e., Secretary of the Army, 3 Corps Commander, George Bush Sr., etc. There will be stars & bars all over the place and the place is already a sell out. Kyle Field holds 80,000 plus and I'm sure that every seat will be filled. All right guys, I got to run but I'll be back later, enjoy........ :)

Good morning everyone and yes, the coffee is on. Well, it was a good 4 days in Aggieland but it's great to be home. The final score was Texas A&M 21, Army 17. The Black Knights didn't win but they definitely covered the spread which was 28 points. There was a number of upsets this weekend in College football and there was also some great NFL, MLB and NASCAR on as well. I hope all of you have a great week and you get to enjoy a favorite or two along the way........ :)

Good morning all and Happy Hump Day. The coffee is on and www.wpdh.com is rockin' on line. Well, 3 of the 4 divisions play today in MLB playoffs starting at 1500 (3pm) and I have a feeling that it's going to be the Tampa Bay Rays versus the Chicago Cubs in the World Series this year. All we can do now is sit back and watch some good baseball for a few weeks. Well, I hope everyone has a super day and smokes a favorite or two or......... :)

Another TDE day, hope y'all have a good one.

It should be a great weekend for all events weather wise as the weather quessers are saying that it's gonna be sunny and in the mid 60s. I hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoy........ :)

Good morning all and happy Saturday. The coffee is on and Beth picked up a nice apple crumb coffee cake for breakfast. Presently I'm listening to Dave Koz online at: http://www.radiokoz.com/ which has a great variety of smooth jazz 24 hours a day. Dave does a live show every week which is nationally syndicated and what he has online are all his shows ever done one after the next. Well, today will be filled with a variety of sports and a few outdoor events to include the wine fest at the Brotherhood Winery and the Fall Fest in Highlandfalls, NY. The feeling of Fall is in the air with temps only reaching the low 60s and a 20% chance of rain is predicted. The leaves are starting to change and we have less daylight every day. Oh well, I hope everyone has a good one and enjoys favorite or two....... :)

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. I'll be headin' over to Jones Farm in a little bit for some of their fresh apple cidder doughnuts to enjoy this morning: http://www.jonesfarminc.com/secondary%20pages/bakery.html
Yesterday was a great day filled with walking through the Highland falls Harvest Fest, stopping by and touring the Brotherhood Winery and then to top it off, herfing with Gary (grateful1), Rob (rob300c) and his friend from Portchester, NY. Also, Army beat up on Tulane 44 to 13 which is thier 1st win of the season and a good morale booster for next week against Eastern Michigan. Today, I'll be watching the NASCAR race from Talladega, AL and hopefully Dale Jr. has a good finish and gains some point to the Chase to the Championship. I hope everyone has a super Sunday and gets to enjoy a few of thier favorites...... :)
