Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. All I can say is it's hot out!!! Thank god I'll be inside most of the day preparing for a briefing I have to give this afternoon. Don't forget to drink plenty of liquids in these times and I'm not talkin' alcohol either. I hope everyone has a good one....... :)

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. In roughly 4 hours, Beth and I will be heading out for the next few days to relax and enjoy the Amish country side and what it has to offer. If I get the chance to check in now and then when we are at the hotel I will, but if not, I'll see you all sometime Saturday morning. Have a great few days and enjoy a number of your favorites as well...... :)

Have a good trip! I wish we could have met up but my schedule just wouldn't allow it.

Good morning gents...not to thread jack here, but I'll likely be up in PA soon as well...hitting Upper Darby and the Butler Co. area. Don't know how close that is to you Ray, but if it is, would be a pleasure to meet up. I'll let you know the details as they more closely approach.

That said...

This morning brought usual 0430 PT followed by breakfast consisting of tostada, fresh mango and papaya and a cortadito. The cortadito was accompanied with a Punch Serie D No. 4. Great combination, particularly on this very hot, humid, tropical so. Florida morning.

Make it a great day gents.

Only about 90 miles away. I used to know Upper Darby well and damn near lived at the Tower every weekend back in 70-71. What takes you to that part of town?

Have a good trip! I wish we could have met up but my schedule just wouldn't allow it.

Thought there was a law against two retired Marine scu, er, officers in the same zip code at the same time.

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Today there is a big Father's Day BBQ at Dee's (The Eagle) with roughly 100 guests planning on attending. There will be definitely plenty of food and drink along with cigars there. Thank you General & Altadis USA for helping outwith the event. Unfortunately, they are calling for a chance of thunder storms resulting from the heat and all from the past few days. Dee has a big tent set up much like the one we had at the Quad State Herf so we should be fine either way. I hope everyone has a great day as well and gets to enjoy a few of your favorites....... :)

rinking some fresh ground coffee and enjoying the first weekend in a while where i wasn't required to be somewhere else. Ahh....

Good morning all on this fine Father's day Sunday. The coffee is on and I'll be making a nice Sunday brunch in a few. Yesterday's Father's Day BBQ at Dee's (The Eagle) was excellent. There was plenty of food and drink and of course primo cigars for all. Thank you again General & Altadis USA for supporting us as always. I'll post a number of pictures real soon of the great times and all the festive S / BOTL. Today, will be a relaxation day with NASCAR from Michigan and Yankees baseball from Huston. I hope everyone has a super day and enjoys a primo stick or two along with a couple of cold ones....... :)

Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. I had a great Father's Day, relaxed at the house watching the Yankees win 13-0 and my favorite racer in NASCAR, Dale Earnhardt Jr. driving the #88 Amp / National Guard won as well. I BBQ'd some chicken wings along with some sweet white corn from Amish country which was very tastey. This week I'm scheduled for Jury Duty but I checked last night and my number wasn't called. I'll go into work as usual and check again this evening after 1730 (5:30pm). I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys a few of their favorites....... :)

Good morning all and happy Tuesday. The coffee is on and again, no Jury Duty, outstanding. There's really not much going around here except all the supply sections are getting ready for Reception Day which is the 30th of this month. They are expecting 1300+ new cadets again this year and that means a lot of equipment has to be ready to be issued. Anyway, I hope you have a great day and enjoy a favorite cigar or two......... :)

Good morning all and Happy Hump Day. Well, another day has passed and again the court system didn't call my number. The way it looks and the amount of jurors called each day, I have a feeling that my number of 1342 will be up on Friday. Well, it was good to see the Yankees win last night again making it 5 straight. Andy Pettitte pitched 7 shutout innings helping the Yanks to a 8 - 0 slug fest. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys the day and smokes a favorite or two or........ :)

Oh yeah, the coffee is on!!!!!!

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well, the Yankees won another game last night making it 6 in a row beating the Padres 8 to 5. A-Rod hit another homer last night making it 4 games in a row and hopefully today they continue the streek. Joba Chamberlain starts on the mound at 1305 (1:05 pm) and I have my fingers crossed that they get thier lucky 7th win in a row. Anyway, we'll be at Schlesinger's this evening enjoying fine cigars and talking big smack about this weeks happenings and all. Stop on by if your in the nieghborhood and if not, enjoy a primo stick as well........ :)

Good morning brothers. Woke up for the usual 0430 PT and then came back into the crib with the smell of Irish bacon, oatmeal pancakes and Cuban coffee wafting throughout. Took breakfast outside on the rear balcony to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic, though with some ominous looking gray-black clouds on the horizon (rolling in for our - lately daily - round of thunderstorms), there was not so much of a traditional "sunrise" as usual. Had my cafe con leche coupled with an exquisite, gifted Trinidad Fundadores with about six years of hibernation on it. It was very tasty on this rather dreary Thursday, and a great way to begin the day.

Make it a great day gents.

Good morning all and TGIF!!! It was good to see the Yanks sweep the Padres and make it 7 in a row. They take on the Reds this evening at 1900 (7pm) with the Moose on the mound. Let's see if they can keep up this winning streak of theirs. I hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys a couple of your favorites....... :)

GO YANKEES!!!!!

Thinkin' the same thing SM....downing my second cup of Organic Tierra Del Sol with the paper. Joba is starting to show signs of being a starter, the bats are sort of staying warm, at least we are getting some clutch hitting with guys in scoring position.....but we have to keep feeding on the weak!

....the pork roll is almost browned perfectly....got to get the eggs ready so we can have a few PR/E & C on a hard roll to start the day. Gotta get the yard-gar ready so I can cut the lawn and get a jump on the W/E.

Happy Friday

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well, the Yankees streak ended last night with a loss to the Reds 4 - 2. It was a definitely a pitching duel and Mussina gave it all he had in a solid 8 inning try. The Yanks will be back out there today at 1300 (1pm) to try and tie up the series with a win. Anyway, I hope everyone has a great super Saturday and enjoys......... :)
