I've read some very good comments so far on how we all look at the value of a cigar. I think it's understood that Opus, Anejo, and other Fuente cigars are rare, usually selling over the MSRP price listed. The MSRP price is a starting point and as I have mentioned, there will be some leeway, within reason. These are very close T/P's, and we all will have differing opinions, none either right or wrong. I have actually conferred with a couple of others and have gotten basically the same answer, that although the 858 SG is a very rare cigar, is it rare enough to meet that $4.25 stretch? From the opinions so far, it seems most believe the 858 SG is in fact close to double MSRP. Again, as previously stated, I wasn't aware that an 858 SG was that much more rare and if this is the consensus, I will go ahead and allow the trade no problem.
I understand that the Diamond Crown is a different vitola than the one already in the pass, however I'd really like to try and not have too many of the same Marca. Just something to keep in mind as we go forward.
Also, if the 858 SG stands, nobody can take it for the rest of the pass. :sign:
