Other than to note the impressive conservation of letters in both abbreviations, I don't feel familiar enough with CCs to have much opinion, nor am I really sure whether I think a nickel a year is a reasonable exchange/equivalency rate for age. I think age should be judged on a sliding scale anyway, so even looking at it as a (price difference/number of years) issue is misleading.

In sum, no useful thoughts here.

Hey Guys,
I will be heading to Kansas City MO November 7th and returning the 10th. Do you think I will be up by then? From the looks of it, it might work out perfect with the shipping and I may end up getting it as soon as I return....but I am not the expert.

Useful thoughts are more trouble than they are worth.

I don't see either of these as particularly rare vitolas. While the age may add some intrigue, it doesn't seem to add much value to an otherwise common cigar. I bought older lgc mdo4 on the board for about what the price is in the trade.
