Hello,
I am a member of Cigar Pass, a cigar forumn community that you recently suspended from your services. It has been passed on that you did so because:
"Promoting the "bombing" of people with "Fecal" matter and other questionable practices is a liability for our company."
The above quote, reportedly from an e-mail from your company. I must admit some form of amusement how you could ever think that is what we were tradining in comparrison to our lengthly disucssions on cigars and the trading of them. I can only imagine you got so by reading a term we use, 'dog rocket'. If, that is the case I must fully endorse you going back to high school and taking a class called reading comprehension. None of the members or guests of Ciagr Pass have EVER sent each other fecal matter or bombed each other with it (by the way again the term 'bomb' is a slang term we use to describe the sending of a gift package full of cigars, had you read the entire foumns instead of just a few select words, you would of found the definition of what we call a 'bomb' in several threads and of the term dog rocket as have stated on numerous occassions what we consider to be such).
It is my hope that you will see that you were in gross error over what transpires on our site and send an apology not only to our site adminstrator but to all of us members as well. While I can find some humor in your misunderstanding, it is because I find blatant ignornace comical and you have showed that. That aside however, I am very offended that you or anyone would think that myself and my friends were engaged in the "promoting the bombing of people with fecal matter". You need to invesitgate things instead of making massive gross asumptions as you have and making such slanderous accusations.
As an organizational leader of a couple non-profit groups that does use the internet medium and in need of web-hosting services, I can guarantee you that I will not be using your company. Furthermore, I do plan on sending infomration about your misconduct on this matter to those associates of mine who may also be looking for such services. Personally I think you should be held responsible for slander for not only the web site, but also for all of us who are members of this site.
I do hope that you realize your mistake and make appropiate apologies immediately. Perhaps next time that a web site comes along that you truly do not understand the terminology or the slang used in the posts made, you will think twice and decide to actually ask for clarification or do some research on your own to find out the meanings of such words. The fact that you couldn't comprehend what we were doing though shows me a lack of intelligence that makes me wonder how you have ever started and kept a business such as yours running.
