Yeah.. just read that. Knew it was happening, just wasn't sure the extent. Good opportunity for those who bought low at least!

I also want to take a moment to acknowledge those who lost their lives in the recent hotel gas explosion in Havana. And the loss of an iconic destination and beloved resort that provided countless people unforgettable experiences.

Condolences and prayers to the family and friends of those who were lost.
 
For a bunch of commie socialists, they seem to have adapted to capitalism pretty well. Habanos SA knows their supply is limited, and if rich guys are willing to line up and buy them out at $100 / stick (appears so), more power to them.

We all know that ISOM's are good, often very good, but they aren't the only game in town. The folks in NC aren't asleep, and in terms of quality they at least equal or IMHO often exceed the stuff coming from the island south of Miami.

....oh, and I have a full box of four year old CoRo's, bidding starts at $2500.00.....🤣
 
I could see this easily setting a precedent for other luxury brands such, Davidoff, Padron, or Fuente to raise prices to appear in the same bracket. Have you ever known for a Anejõ shark or a Padron 64 to never sell out? High demand...
