I like to punch MoeCizlak in the junk, and then spend the next 30 minutes outrunning him as he tries to retaliate.

[sub]Oh, the youthful exuberance. I sure miss it ??? ![/sub]

10 min running to the humidor
5 min break to determine appropriate smoke

5 min chasing the evening libation
30 min sitting and enjoying

10 min of pleading with the Missus
15 min of foreplay (possibly overstated)
20 min of actual copulation (certainly overstated)

8 hour nap
Get up and repeat gruelling regime

It's hell staying in shape

Half hour Stair Master three times a week and minimum 10 mile hike on the weekend.

I have a four day routine. 20 minutes running each day.

Day 1 (Mon): Chest and biceps
Day 2 (Tues): Back and triceps
Day 3 (Thurs): Shoulders and biceps
Day 4 (Fri): Legs and triceps

Generally four events per day (i.e. flat bench - preacher curl - incline or decline bench - standing curl for Day 1), sometimes five. I work up to reps of 12 - 10 - 8 for whatever weight and when I each that number of reps, I increase the weight. Every few months I'll go real light with more reps (like 20 - 20 - 20) for a week or two to mix it up.

I go during lunch and bring a peanut butter & jelly or honey sandwich to eat afterwards. I can't (won't) get up early to work out and it was too easy to skip if I tried to go after work.

Just got two square meters of logs dropped off at the house to split for firewood, so there's my weekend cardio. :D

I took some time off but since the middle of last month I'm back to:
Mon- 3mile run, 1:15 hatha yoga
Wed- 4mile run
Thurs- 1:15 hatha yoga
Fri- 6mile run
I'd like to do a couple more sets of cardio and start some weight training 2-3 times a week.
Instead I might have to substitute more yard work, car washing, etc for a bit until I get caught up.

All in good time.

I do kind of an extended circuit training that I like, 40 minutes of cardio spaced out through about 90 minutes of weight training:

10 minutes treadmill, fast walking pace
Chest, shoulders and triceps
20 minutes elliptical
Lats, traps, and biceps
10 minutes cycle
Legs and forearms

I get this in 3 times a week, with the Saturday workout my heaviest/longest one.

As Winston Churchill was quoted as saying, " I get my exercise serving as pall bearer for my friends that do."

Monday: 30 min BJ to ease into the rest of the weeks exercise
Tuesday: 60 min of getting laid with me on top to work the biceps & traps
Wednesday: 30 min of getting laid with me on the bottom to work back muscles...short session due to previous surgery
Thursday: 30 min of getting laid doggy style (standing) to work my legs
Friday: 45 min of getting laid, circuit style - 5 min each position, to get in my cardio
Saturday: Start with a 20 min BJ, then shift to a 30 min slow pace of getting laid, yoga style, just to stay limber
Sunday: Church

I'm not a trainer by any means, but I think you're working out your neck too much

My job is quite physical so I get lots of exercise, my only problem is the gut ( to much scotch and good food ) which is why I have the Abcircle Pro. Oh I also have two young grandchildren that I chase around twice a week. I'm getting to old for this shite and cant wait to retire, but thats 20 years away.

There's a total of 35 stairs between my bed and my humidor.

Hobo chasing takes care of my cardio. Hobo dragging takes care of the lower body. Lots of shoveling takes care of the upper body. Filling the hole takes care of the cool down.

3 or 4 days a week, depending on rail traffic.
