Was craving Philly Cheesesteak, so… made some. Not Amoroso rolls, but, good Italian bread, shaved beef, red and green bells, onion, mushrooms, provolone, wiz, and a regional delicacy thats offered in most cheesesteak shops here, chopped green New Mexico chiles!

Yum! I bet you feel hungry, but really good. I know I do.


Here is the extent of my current plating ambitions (Nada). I have been on a halibut kick as most of you know. I can’t get enough of the simplicity of sautéing it in Irish butter, fresh garlic, salt/pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Paired with sautéed mixed veggies, and a riced cauliflower dish containing zucchini, peppers, onions, and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Me too! Down 16 in 2 months. Understand that will get harder as I get "smaller," but hell, you gotta start somewhere. Whether it takes two or three, as long as I'm moving in the right direction. I'm using the free version of my fitness pal to track my food intake and exercise
I actually started weight watchers a week ago. Down 2.5 lbs on the week. Goin to the meetings with all the middle aged ladies lol
