This guy Jacksi has been being such an a$$hole. Many rude PMs and he even left me a TC laying out a whole "scam" scenario that I used on HIM! The only problem I see is that the TC I left him is only based on facts where the one he left for me is only based on speculation.

Bought a 10 pack of Mag 50s but they never arrived. Jeff can't provide a DC# and says that USPS never loses thier PM and that it must have gotten stolen on my end. I have a P.O. Box so only USPS had access to it. He said he would refund my $ once but now says that he must have had temporary insanity and that the loss is all mine now. He has now removed all personal info from his profile. He even has insinuated that I might have recieved them and want my money back too. I know things get lost in the mail sometimes but I don't think that I should be the one to eat it.

Have had over 10 years of buyin', sellin', tradin' and box splits. NO PROBLEMS! Then I deal with this scumbag and he tries to pull the old eBay scam on me. (Join a site. Do a few minor deals over a short period of time. Get a few positive reviews. Find someone to scam. Order something. Send the money. Scream that you never got the stuff. Get your $$ back and keep the stuff. If they don't send your $$ back, threaten them with ruinin' your reputation.) Avoid this guy and save yourself the headaches.


And just thought That I would mention that this deal here with "Jacksi" is the most "minor" deal I have made on CW. $hit, my 1st deal was for over $1000. I guess that this guy really thinks that he is special. Oh ya, every other deal I have ever made on any board has included a DC# atleast, sometimes insurance too, whether it was a coming or going deal.

He brings up Ebay because I told him about my feedback rating there. ATUCK3 is my Ebay name. I also have an acount under HDAL69.

Hey Alan, Be sure and PM a mod at CW and they should remove that bogus feedback. Retaliatory feedback is not acceptable!

Atuck, tell him to check his smoke signals at Cigar Family. Here is what I wrote to him.

You sent a package to him, no insurance and no delivery confirmation. The address was a p.o box so no one can steal from it. It is your obligation to make good on the trade, simple as that. I saw your pm to the guy and your trader comment on him. You are going to be put on the scumbag trader list and you will be outted on CF and every other cigar BB if you don't make good.
 
I just went and looked at your feedback Alan. What a dumb ass this guy is. He gave you the thumbs up with his negative feedback :laugh:

ATuck (Cigar Al on CW) sent me this link to check out to "prove" I'm wrong. I wanted to respond, but I had to join to do that. Don't worry, I'm not stayin'. I got a question for some of you geniuses. How does some guy that joins two different cigar BBs a little over two months ago, with two different handles and a whopping 8 deals on CW get this much trust. As opposed to me, who has been "jacksi" at every cigar BB since I joined cA in the late 90s, and has trades, buys, splits with many people, for thousands of $$ and all positive in that same time frame (including that two- faced schmuck lucasbuck, who got acouple of good deals from me). I sent ATuck the cigars and got the receipt to prove it. He said he didn't get them I say "BULL****"! He said I just removed all my personal info since this deal. That's a lie too. Anyone who's looked at my profile in over the past year will see that it's unchanged. I took it all out when I knew I had to sell off most of my collection due to health reasons. I didn't want too much info out there for obvious reasons. Matt R. should know about that if he's the one I remember from a private BB. He also should know I'm not "dropping off boards left and right". I don't spend as much time on them as I did. Between some private BBs where people are showin' off their stashes or places like this where you sit around rubbin' ointment on each other's asses and talkin' **** about other people I got tired of readin'it. I'm still a member of a few BBs but don't post as much as I used to. I saved my biggest blast for last. "The Master"? Who in the hell are you jagoff? Master of what exactly? Special Master? Master Sergeant? Master Bater? What? Who the hell are you to be judge and jury? I think you think that yer' important. Listen idiot I know people been suckin' up to you for years on various BBs. I've sat back, watched and chuckled. Plus, I read when other people shared their impressions of you when you were put up for another BB I'm on a few years ago. They came to the same conclusion as me. Yer' a pompous blowhard. So you put me on any list you want. Oh, I almost forgot a couple of you Internet toughguys. You are pathetic! Come get some.

Good thing he's calm, collective, and coherent - otherwise people might be inclined to dismiss the possibility that's he's being honest. :rolleyes:

The name calling and group insults are what's won me over. Atuck - you're obviously no good and not a respected member of this, or any other site, so please take your ebay-ish scams elsewhere! :whistling:

I came and said what I had to say. Period! I only insulted those that slammed me without knowin' the facts. The responses to my post are examples of why I left some cigar BBs. I'm not a fan of rat packin' and back bitin'. Blind allegiance and fightin' other people's battles aren't my thing. We're supposed to be grown people here, not 6th graders. There's too much more important stuff goin' on in the world and in this country for me to invest energy into stuff like this. Oh, and AVB, (what the hell does that stand for anyway? Ass Violatin' Bozo? What?) Numbnuts posted my address earlier in this thread or were you never hooked on phonics.
 
jacksi, it comes down to this simple fact about trading. It is your responsibility to make sure the guy you sent cigars to gets them. You didn't use delivery confirmation, you didn't use insurance. If you are such an expert in trading then why wouldn't you use deliviery conf and insurance?


I don't know any real trader who doesn't use at least one or the other on 150.00 worth of cigars. You are the one who messed up.
Send him his money or cigars. If you don't you will be on the scumbag list forever.

This has nothing to do with CP, CW or CF. This is a sales transaction....period. If you can't prove that you sent it with DC# or tracking or a receipt then you should always make good on your end. That's just customer service...and Atuck is your customer! He sent money and you can't prove that you upheld your end. Business is business. And that fact that you never responded politely or tried to make good only tells anybody reading this that you aren't acting legitimately. It's fishy when you get so angry and violent when you can't prove a thing...what are you hiding.

Seeee! What I have been dealing with! And he talks about us supposing to be adults and not 6th graders. :laugh: He also called us cigarpiss.

I just don't understand his logic. I never even heard of the "Ebay scam" until he mentioned it. He is purely speculating that I am such a bad guy. I can only picture his life being of pure misery and volatility.

With as good as my life is and with all that God has blessed me with I just can't see me trying to scam some poor soul out of his 10 sticks for $150. Besides if I did I think I would have asked him to send me those RyJ ELs he was offering too. Because them are some good a$$ little smokes!

I would have to say that all in all, the humor that I have gained from dealing with this character in PMs and now here has been well worth the $150. He sure has said some studid $hit in his PMs.

The way that I would have handled this if one of my packages got lost is to make good on it. If the guy on the other end was "scamming" me then I guess I still would make good on it and leave the rest to karma. What goes around comes around!
 
The guy acts like someone who is a thief. He tries to bad mouth the guy he is trading with even though it is his fault he didn't do the right thing on the trade.Only bad traders do not use delivery confirmation or insurance, legitimate traders use these things 100% of the time.

A legitimate trader does not call out the person on the short end of the trade, he doesn't call out entire BB's for backing up the guy who was robbed, a legitimate trader doesn't start name calling like a 12 year old.

A legitimate trader would have sent a replacement package as soon as the original didn't show up, and apologized to the person who didn't recieve his cigars.

Jacksi has shown the entire cigar community that he has no honor, and that his word means nothing. He will now be outted at every cigar BB for his dishonest ways of trading.
 
Here is the thread I put up at Cigar Family in the trading room warning everyone about Jacksi.

" Jeffrey Beatty from Oregon is a bad trader. He allegedly sent cigars to a guy named Atuck over at Cigar Pass. He sends 150.00 worth of Mag 50's with no delivery confirmation or insurance. Atuck's address is a p.o box so no way someone robbed them on his end.

Atuck has a reputation beyond reproach and is a good guy. Jacksi refuses to make good on the cigars or give him his money back.

He posts at Cigar Weakly mostly ( gee what a surprise) but has the Jacksi1 handle here at CF. Make sure he is not in any box passes or group buys. He has no honor and is now on the scumbag trader list."

Atuck, since this happened to you, I would go on all the other sites and post a warning. If you want to use my post feel free.
