Just poured a larger than normal glass of The Belvenie carribean cask. The was going to be too little to save - so I thought - but after pouring it into my glass I realized it would have been at least two fingers left. Oh well

Glad to hear it! If you’re looking for something with a bit more smokiness, give Peat Monster a try. It’s one of my favorites. I’m also a fan of anything McClelland or any of The Dalmore line. I always keep a bottle or two of Glen Livet 12 yr in my cabinet and if you ever get a chance to try the 18 yr, don’t pass it it! The list goes on and on, but none of these are terribly expensive (minus the 18 yr)
