Good ol burgers on the grill. Pecorino Romano encrusted yellow squash, balsamic glazed avacado, and trying out our new Ninja air fryer to make home made chips. This dinner was a winner.

Looks great! Been so busy lately I haven't had time to cook. Love the blackstone! We have one for the camper that is the combo grill/griddle. Love it, but its a beast to move around!

TriTip going on the pellet grill. Will probably cool for an hour and a half then onto the gas grill for a nice reverse sear.

Looks tasty. We did an elk pot roast at my buddy's in the Instapot last night. Was damn good.

Elk is good eatin'! I was fortunate enough to draw an elk permit in KY some years back. The meat was very good.
