Vegas Series 'A' maduro

I like 'em (the 'A's that is)... in fact I smoked one last night at work.

But I'll never buy another box of them... Padrón 2000 Maddies are soooooo much better and not much more a stick.

Not trying to play any role here. Just seems you guys are debating what the results of a blind taste test would be. I merely suggested you put your words to the test.

As for Wade owing an apology, I would ask for what? He stated his opinion, same as you. I am not offended by the opinions of either of you so why should either of you say you are sorry? One of you likes a cigar, the other thinks it is crap. Big deal.

I think Victor Sinclair is crap, yet there are others who like them. Should I demand an apology to the guy who likes them and thinks that I would in a blind review? Who cares! Smoke what you like.

Arent all the Padron thousand series maddies good! I got a box of each. I will get a box of the A's on C-bid from time to time if I get them cheap enough. The last was a box of the churchills for $38 + shipping. At that price I'll buy a box.

Na... I only have a small 120 humidor. 5ers maybe, but no longer a full box of the 'A's. My tastes have moved on.

I'm simply saying that we all have different tastes, that's fact. I like the 5 Vegas Serie A you don't, that's fact. I don't care for Davidoffs, that's fact. None of those things are disputable, however I still believe that given blind taste tests, a lot of cigar smokers would enjoy cigars in general that they "think" they don't like, if they didn't realize what it was going in and had an open mind. Now of course that is disputable, but it is my opinion...for what it's worth. I'm entitled to mine, you're entitled to yours, I have no problems with that.

BTW - you can start your blind taste test at my house. Vol guy - as long as you're not a going to be smokin' the Davidoff ' cause you're not a fan - go ahead and send me a Davidoff and a Vegas A for a taste test and I'll try to figure out which is which.... That's only as long as I get to toss the Vegas A before the test (and I don't gotta carefully examine them to figure which is which...) ;)

Actually I sold every Davidoff I had earlier this week in a post here on CP. So I can't help you there my good man, sorry.

Thankfully my local B&M has every one available...



But honestly there's a awfully good reason why Davidoff's are consistently selling for about $20 each, while the Vegas A's are consistently $2... Some like Boone's Farm, while others like Chateau Rothschild... ;)

Sam if the "P" in PM didnt stand for Private, I'd forward each and every one of them to you. Unfortunatley it does stand for Private. Funny how even though I'm a noob, and admittingly not as well versed as nearly everone else here on CP, members who I've not seen since I got here (and with 1000 posts in less than 3 months I've seen quite a few posts) have been coming out of the woodwork since CC and I had a dissagreement. I guess the "posse of CC's followers that I was told about is quite evident. Not that it matters to me, I can't be bantered into an argument I don't want to get into.

Thanks for telling me I'm No.1 though! :laugh:
