i'm gonna do a little fatherly trolling and post this video of my daughter competing in a local tournament with some very strange rules. The first round is point sparring which is supposed to be very light contact using hboth hands and feet to the body or head(we dont train for point sparring) The second round is modern Olympic sparring which is full contact to the face,head, and body. She was by far the smallest in her group and finished in 3rd place overall.
