i'm gonna do a little fatherly trolling and post this video of my daughter competing in a local tournament with some very strange rules. The first round is point sparring which is supposed to be very light contact using hboth hands and feet to the body or head(we dont train for point sparring) The second round is modern Olympic sparring which is full contact to the face,head, and body. She was by far the smallest in her group and finished in 3rd place overall.

Although I've never been a huge fan of ice soccer I do admire some of it's traditions. So in order to pay homage to Lord Stanley and his Cup, Phil's pass will following me around for the next couple of days, pics to follow.

Isn't that the official drink of Akron? By the by, that is the ONLY brand of malt liquor that I was unable to finish 40 ounces of. Holy ST. IDES, that is some rancid rancid stuff.
