Everything has a story ....... while at the post office I was having a little conversation with the lady behind the counter. I was cracking her up with some stories about the box, "funny, you don't smell like a cigar smoker", when I noticed her puttinig all these stamps on it. I told her it only needed to go to Arizona and not Florida :laugh: , she told me that her manager gave her this roll of stamps that morning and told her to get rid of them. She was really pushing those stamps!

Ree, I'm showing some pain in the a$$ clients homes tomorrow and tuesday, so I don't know if we'll have time to meet up. The claim they need to buy a home early this week since they're going back to washington for a month (not holding my breath). If all is approved, I'll have the wife UPS it over to you, so it should only take a day via Ground. We'll have to get our mini-herf going at a later time when things aren't as hectic.

Lucky if he can't. He wouldn't be able to sell it again because that house is not 'back east'

Believe it or not, my east coast client put a bid in on a 1/2 million dollar home today, and they came in roughly 50,000 less than asking :(

Gee I wonder if the seller will accept it ???
Oh well, at least I got to eat steak and lobster for lunch :laugh:
