Excellent points made in the last few posts! Let me see if I can capsulize some of the more salient ones.
1. Don't offer to grant a wish unless you "really" have a wish in mind, that is, a cigar that you plan to personally enjoy.
2. Everyone gets to play. It isn't a contest. Take turns, be nice. Everybody's watching.
3. If you want to give a specific someone a specific cigar, then get the stick and bomb them mano-a-mano.
4. Let courtesy and forbearance balance enthusiasm. This is about cigars...but it's not really only about cigars. Kinda zen, eh?
I'm in agreement with all of these. I'm also of the mind that it does not need to be written into rules. I'd rather that these spring from the hearts and minds of the members here.
