Looking to expand my taste to see what else I may like. Never had real rye whiskey but Right now I have forecasted on Crown Royal Reserve. But I am looking for other options, What do you recommend?

I am particularity to whiskey but open to alternative.
Which type of whiskey are you partial to?

It’s a fairly broad term used to describe

Irish Whiskey
Scotch Whiskey
Tennessee Whiskey
American Whiskey
Bourbon Whiskey
Canadian Whiskey
Japanese Whisley
Etc…..

Knowing what you drink, like or dislike could help narrow down finding you something to expand on.

Johnnie Walker Green
Baker's Bourbon
Angel's Envy Rye
Red Breast Cask Strength Irish.

Trust me on this.

Angel's Envy or Angel's Envy Rye is great stuff. Eagle Rare is another good option.
Not quite $100, but 12yo Balvinie Doublewood is a very nice bottle, wide appeal:

I've lost track of the price, but Balvenie Caribbean cask is also very good. I believe it's a similar price point.

If you want something different, but cheaper and good look at aged rums like zacapa centenarians negra or Appleton estate 15 or even privateer queens share if u are near northeast.

Why not get a couple solid sub $100 bottles and get twice as much for your money?

I'd pick 1792 Small Batch and either OF 1910 or 1920.
