We have had a good influx of new people that have join our community here and quite a few of you have hit the pavement running. Welcome and glad to have you here. :thumbs:

One thing that I've noticed as we grow is the importance of posting our messages in the proper forum and not jacking someones elses thread. I know I've been guilty of this in the pass. When we had a smaller group it wasn't much of a problem but now I feel we should try and police ourselves a little bit. The forum I'm talking about in particular is the Cigar Discussion Forum. I think out of the 15 post I just looked at in that forum only 3 were Cigar Discussions. All of the non cigar discussion posts in that forum have a "more appropriate" forum to post in. I believe we can police ourselves a little bit better and not have to get Admin involved.

Hey, this ain't life and death here.....just getting our house in order. ;) :D

Reminds me of another tip for you newbies...watch your back or someones going to piss in your cornflakes.....ROFLMAO! :D
 
I agree! And I think that the lotteries should be moved to a more appropriate forum. They certainly are not "cigar discussions". How hard would it be to create a brand-spankin'-new forum for them?

What does "jacking someone else's thread" mean? I have probably done it! (I hope not though. It doesn't sound good :( )
 
PS. I also commend Allofus for posting this discussion (thread) in "The Lobby" forum, where it belongs, even though it is in reference to the "Cigar Discussions" forum. :D

Ric, I think you have avalid point, but I would worry about TOO much subdividing. Maybe lottery/raffle stuff could go under Trading/Passes. That 's really the only overlap I've seen.
OOPS nope. I posted stuff about bombing someone elsewhere than in that forum, but the bomb idea originated somewhere else...

Do we have a charter? ???

I honestly think that there should be a new (brand-spankin') forum for the Lotteries. I'm hereby petitioning for one! :p

I never really thought too much about this subject but I think it is a very good idea. It can get a little chaotic around here at times. Maybe we should get a thread going with suggestions for new forums.

I have several "Limited Edition" Cohibas for sale...for a kicker I will even include the glass-top box they came in..prices are very reasonable, unlike the smokes..Send checks to addy in profile, cigars to follow....I also have a trailer load of sailboat fuel that needs immediate liquidation...

NO , he sent me the ole' your in the wrong forum.
I went looking for polls, and didn't see any so I just wanted to do something fun for the group.
Let me ask you this- If your not supposed to have polls in the cigarpass forum, then why the fliberdeydo is there a button there to do so?
