Originally, I was offered a trip to the Pepin factory, along with another store in NYC. We were the first retailer's trip to his factory, and he's now doing them regularly (for part of the year). The Drew trip was purely by accident, meeting all the guys from Drew in MIA airport on their way to a sales meeting. When we finished up the day before the group was to leave, we were invited to Drew Estate for the afternoon. Once the Padrons heard I was going to be in the area, I was invited to their factory, as well. Unfortunately, most in my group couldn't take the additional days off of work, so it was just myself, George, and Danny.

Congratulations, Isy. That is a great experience. I've been trying to figure out a way to just get to Miami to visit the facility there. I couldn't imagine being invited to the fields and the factory in Nicaragua.

Eric Driscoll (Christian) called me yesterday from Miami. He got a chance to visit the Padrons there and said they treated him like a KING! He and his wife were BLOWN AWAY by their hospitality. If you ever have the chance to go down to Miami, the Padrons are a MUST SEE!
