A little off topic here. I sent a package out on Monday through USPS, and when I punch in the DC# on their website all it says is Your item was processed and left our KANSAS CITY, MO 64121 facility on April 7, 2008. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. Is there anything I can do to find out where this is, or if it has arrived? Would it be bad form to just contact the person I sent it to? If I call the PO will they be able to tell me anything?
Well granted you exposed the city, those of us with addresses know whom you are talking about. lol. I had to do the same, even if the suprise is ruined, its better knowing the sticks were received. I would contact them at this point.
No, he's from Kansas City, so he didn't expose his target. Unless of course he's sending the package within Kansas City.
All it's saying is that his package left Monday and either hasn't arrived or it arrived but was never scanned when it did.
My address is in my profile, I have a KC Royals userbar attached to everyone of my posts, and I've started a half dozen KC Royals threads in the sports forum. I'm not trying super hard to be a secret agent. It's like my high school football coach used to say, "Tell the guy across from you that you're going to block him, and then dare him to stop you."
I was just concerned because this went out Monday, priority mail, 2 day delivery. If this is lost out there in PO oblivion, I just want to get started trying to find it now, or figure out if I need to re-bomb my target. That's all. I'm not crumbling under pressure, and I'm not giving away any super secrets. Just watching out that the wrong person doesn't lose a hand or anything.
Hell, I'll tell you who the target was if you ask me nicely enough.
