I struck a deal with rehrlich about the same time as Mike for a half gross of yard smokes, and I have not received payment yet. He did pm me yesterday at 3:00 pm saying the check was on its way, and he has been offline for a few days. I'll give the post a few more days before I get itchy.
Funny how he managed to send you a pm yesterday around 3 but has yet to respond to Mike. That, I find inexcusable.

Almost exactly one year ago, I offered up several samplers in the BST forum. The guy who bought the first one never could seem to get around to actually send me the money (which is why he never received cigars...there's a lesson here). And who was it that was so inconsiderate?

Brian this is way too generous of you, my fiance was also touched, but by no means can we accept that, it was my fault for not checking on him a bit better. I can't let someone else pay for his mistake. You know this wasn't so much about the money or cigars ... I've learned that money isn't everything, it helps but it isn't everything, because you can always find a way ... this was more of a heads up to my fellow BOTL's who try to deal with these kind of characters.

I agree ... and I have an idea, tell me what you all think. With Master Rod's permission we should have a list of names of people NOT to do business with. Black Ball List if you must. This way if you strike a deal with someone you can look at the list and see if he's been flagged. If you get on this list the only way off or if we even want them off, is to make all your wrongs right! But if you get flagged a second time then there is no way out, best thing is to find another site .... cause no one cares for this chit here!
Not that he might have sent you the money but chances are he hasn't just as he hasn't for me either. He's probably popping his head in ever once in a awhile to see if he's been caught. Now that I've spoken up, there are at least 3 instances of the same from rehrlich.
All well, so I lost a few sticks, cigars can always be replaced, money can't buy happiness but BOTL's and I mean my true BOTL's here on CP can never be replaced. Thanks for all your support. :thumbs:

Rod - I highly advise you resolve this matter immediately. If you fail to comply, you will be banned, and your chances of participating at CP or any other forum for that matter will be slim to none. Word travels fast, and if you're out to screw people, it will be known to the entire cigar community, not just members of CP. Please get this resolved.

On another forum I'm on that also has a lot of buying, selling, shipping, trusting, etc., whenever this sort of issue arises, an email offering to have a friend come by to pick up the item or money in person always seems to be very persuasive when there also happens to be a photo of the scofflaw's home attached to the email.
