Yes, I was lucky enough to taste a little of Swissy's bounty. Right after dinner I headed over and checked out what seasoning was used. Way ahead of ya, brother!use the redfish and the seafood magic like it was salt and pepper! put it on damn near everything...
Blue Dragon (visiting), Peter's Creek and I got together last night for a fish fry (Halibut, Salmon and Scallops!), beer/Whiskey drinkning and of course a cigar or two. Used the seafood magic- on everything!
Yums all around! :thumbs:

Well it finally got cool enough and I received the package yesterday and the fish look wonderful. I was only able to try the salmon spread last night and swissy let me tell you when this tub runs out I'm coming up there and raiding your fridge. I cannot wait to try the filets and different recipes.
