Jesus. I can't leave you guys alone for 4 hours before all hell breaks loose. :laugh: No way KB belongs on that list. He may have been slow on some trades but he never tried to "screw" anyone and has made good (as far as I know) on everything he has owed people. If he still owes anyone anything (in particular the people asking he be added to this list) send me their address and what they are owed and I will make it right.

John has been called out here before for some slow trading (by myself and others) but has been much better since then. He's no "scumbag".

Kboy appears to have made a sincere effort to make amends for his previous dick stepping errors. Is there new information regarding current trades that have gone sour?

Let's not be cryptic. You point to a thread where he offers up cigars for sale - I don't see where there's a problem. Rather than hide behind the curtains, how about the "unbiased third party" come forward and speak his mind. If KB owes somebody, let's get 'er done!!!

Its not drama.....

Guys, some of you still don't get it. This has nothing to do with if "you" did a trade with someone and it all went well..... this is about ones overall dealings, how an individual conducts themselves 24/7.

No one has offered up anything, to this point, that would get one added to the scumbag list but before some of you start spouting off "no way" make sure everyone has spoken.
 
That's true. But the consesus of CP (and this is the CP board) is that he had some slow trades in the past and has since been better. Slow trading does not a "scumbag" make. If Harris has information that KB tried to screw someone he should post it here, not just say some people asked that KB be added to the list. I agree with you that more information should be presented (if there is any).

That was my point exactly... The last time KB was called out in this thread, he had a beating like no other I've seen in a while. And he appears to have straightened out his act and shipped out to those he owed. That was about a month ago.

The Master comes over from CF with an apparent request for KB to be placed on the bad trader list. I don't know if that request came from this board, but as far as I know, he took care of those he owed. OutlawD posts something cryptic about someone who is not happy about an offer KB put out there. It does not appear that any money even exchanged hands - it was an offer that never got off the ground. If the party OutlawD has info for the board, please post it. I, for one, don't want to see anyone get burned, and if KB has done that, let's take care of it...

He asked us here to voice our opinions so we are. So far, that opinion is "no way".
 
i guess im missing the point of the list,if its to tell people who not to trade with and hes on the list and has a thread in a buy/sell/trade forum with people actually willing to do business with him does he really deserve to be on the list


and arent these people generally banned from sites like this, instead of being blacklisted. to me the list just points out the fact that we have people here not worthy of dealing with but cant seem to get rid of them.

just my opinion hope i still have an account tomorrow ???

Careful on those slippery slopes...... slow trading is BS. Ones trading habits do represent ones character here. There is absoluely no reason for someone to have to continue to "remind" someone about a trade or deal that they agreed upon. Its been pointed out that he screwed up and Harris made it clear in his post that he wanted to know what the community thought. We've spoked and so far have all agreed.

The point is, state the facts that "you" know and then see what everyone else has to add. A better opinion is formed when you allow all people to speak before saying "no way".

...and hopefully KB understands the expectations of doing a trade... There are unwritten rules about the length of time that trade gets done. I believe KB has taken that to heart - he seems to be doing his trades in a timely manner... But he's still being scrutinized because of past trades. The spotlight it not off of him, and I believe he knows it.

I can see where Harris would want the input of this board - there had been some fur flying over some of KB's trades. And he does a considerable amount of trading on the CF board - so they have a vested interest in his trading reputation, as do we.

Outlaw - the list is specifically designed to out those that would cross lines of normal civility in trading. KB was close to being put on that list with some of his past trades. The list is vital for protecting all of our interests, as it reads as a "who's who" of scumbags! That being said, it is with great care that people are added to the list because if what it signifies...
 
I just have to ask, probably shouldn't but.....would/should he be allowed in a pass?

My opinion for whatever it's worth is that I would support KB in being part of a pass based on what I've seen.

Golfgar.... thats a very legitiment question which has to be answered by the pass host. The pass host is in charge and responsible for the people he allows in his pass. From a personal side, I would not join a pass with people I didn't feel comfortable with but thats just me.
 
I guess the reason I'm asking is just what you said, if there were people who wanted to be in a pass and decided to drop out or because of the players (and I think I've seen this in the past in other passes that ended up falling apart) then I would have to think it would be a detriment to the pass as a whole. This would not be good for the pass. I would like to know that the pass list has the support of everyone in it so that it is successful and snappy. Full support from all players in the pass is (IMHO) paramount to the overall fun and success. So, even though it might be up to the pass host, concurrance from the players is of the utmost importance.
