Jailbroken Firestick

Said free trial available. Just add card details and then cancel tomorrow.

If you want to watch it every week then you have two options.

Look for an illegal stream weekly. I could probably find you one if you tell me which game.

Sign up to an iptv service (also not legit) They can be had for as low as $5-10 a month. Easy enough to setup. You just add the providers app to the firestick and add some info they give you (url and password) and off you go.

What is iptv service?

Live tv streamed over the internet.

There is 2 types

Legal - Hulu, Sling etc
Illegal - paying $5/month to get thousands of subscription based TV channels

Mines illegal. I get all the English sports channels, ESPN, all american football games, all the baseball, Ice hockey etc All PPV

It's not as good a quality as what you would get if you paid the silly fees to get it legally as your uploading from a server somewhere in the world, but it's still decent if you get a good provider.

there is zero risk to you. You won't be carted off to jail.

Have a read of this - https://iptvwire.com/best-iptv-services/ safe link

As I read further I find that a VPN is also recommended in order to protect your identity and prevent throttling by the IPTV provider.

Free and simple is neither!:)

I wouldn't sweat a VPN. Your computer gives out far more data to the internet just by logging onto this forum then streaming some tv over the internet ever will.

The throttling is down to the service being over subscribed. Means the servers can't cope with the demand. I've had mine 6 months now, and it's only ever properly crashed once. It was back up the next day.

Fair enough if it's not for you though.

Only other option I can think of is if a buddy will let you account share with him. They're pretty switched on with this though, so even that isn't a long term solution.

Bumped to see if anyone is willing to walk me through this. I jailbroke the firestick and I can see tons of stuff, but I cannot access any of it.

Any experts out there?

How to jailbreak firestick" and there are many guides. First, go to settings, dev tools, turn on install from unknown sources. Get Downloader app. I used this link for the repo link: https://bestdroidplayer.com/fire-tv-stick-tips/jailbroken-firestick-free-streaming/. Install Kodi through Downloader. Turn on unknown sources on Kodi as well. Install "The Oath" because redux doesn't work anymore. You don't need the Debrid service. It will get you better streams but it compromises your privacy.

Well, I agree that jail is highly unlikely, but I can introduce you to three clients of mine who have been sued for using ‘illegal’ broadcast sources. DO NOT think it can’t, or won’t, or shouldn’t happen.

We can debate the wisdom of one of my clients using these signals to fill his giant sports bar televisions with bootleg broadcasts, but the other two were just ordinary dudes. Seems the broadcast companies pick an offender and sort of pivot through that to find others. Copyright laws are real.

@punk_lawyer I'm curios to know the outcome.

I see how the bar owner got hammered. But privately in a persons home It’s illegal to watch unlicensed streams? The person consuming the content isn’t really breaking copyright laws. They are not downloading it and making copies or even redistributing.

Pretty sure that "license" in unlicensed has some monetary value, and that's the rub.

Sure is, but that’s not a consumer issue. It’s a provider issue In my mind anyway.

Do not take anything I say as legal advice.
