Cuba stated that in '98 they reached the 1 million tourist mark, which all sources outside the island state that is not possible. Later to state in '03 they passed 2 million, when in fact tourism has declined since '98. The Cuban governments wishfull thinking on statistics in general is meant to mislead the world they they are doing well, so that the Michael Moorers of the world can support this fantasy. Don't forget they have the greatest education and medical system in the world. John
